Tourney Ninja Privacy Policy
Here we describe how we collect, use and handle your information when you use our websites, software and services (“Services”).
What & Why
We collect and use the following information to provide, improve and protect our Services:
Account. We collect, and associate with your account, information like your name, email address, phone number, payment info, and physical address.
Services. In order to organize and manage tournaments your user screen name is used for tournaments that you have joined. For example a tournament entry status may been seen by other users, players, or the tournament host.
User Content. Some features of the Services allow you to provide content to the Services, such as written comments and tournament match files. All content submitted by you to the Services may be retained by us indefinitely, even after you terminate your account.
Cell phone number. If you decide to verify your account we will need to verify and store your cell phone number. Standard message and data rates may apply. We will never sell or disclose this information to any party besides the services that facilitate that communication (Plivo).
Cookies and other technologies. We use technologies like cookies to provide, improve, protect and promote our Services. Cookies are small data files sent to your browser when you visit a site. We use cookies to do things like:
• log you in to our services
• remember preferences and settings
• keep your account secure
• better understand how people are using our services, and improve and promote them based on that information.

Other users. Our Services display information like your screen name to other users in places like your user profile and tournaments. The tournaments you have joined as well as hosted are visible on your user profile.
Law & Order. We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with the law; (b) protect any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of Tourney Ninja or our users; or (d) protect Tourney Ninja's property rights.
How
Security. Protecting user information is our top priority. We are dedicated to keeping your information secure and continually test for vulnerabilities.
Retention. We'll retain information you store on our Services for as long as we need it to provide you the Services. We do not provide an automated way for users to delete their accounts. If you would like your account and all related data deleted please email support@tourney.ninja. We may retain this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. You can access your personal information by logging into your Tourney Ninja account.
Where
Around the world. To provide you with the Services, we may store, process and transmit information in the United States and locations around the world - including those outside your country. Information may also be stored locally on the devices you use to access the Services.
What Happens When There Are Changes to this Privacy Policy?
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes in the way we collect or use information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the Services or sending you an email. A user is bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses the Services after such changes have been first posted.
